“As festive season Shaoor is offering free shipping across India”. Whereas your Domestic shipping Shaoor charges Rs. 100 for the first garment and Rs 55 for every extra garment ordered. International charges are Rs. 500 for the first garment and Rs. 250 for every additional garment.

For international buyers please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

Yes we do accept international cards.

We deliver most of our orders within 5- 7 days from the order date.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please call/Whatsapp us on 9967478660 or write to us at help@shaoor.in  to request a cancellation.

We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly within 24hrs of an order being placed. Please reach out to us at help@shaoor.in or at 9967478660  with your order number.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by “Shaoor” and accept The “Shaoor” decision regarding the cancellation.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Please contact our care team within 48hrs of receiving the product via email at info@shaoor.in or call/whatsapp on +91 9967478660 from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.

If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We don’t offer store credit on exchange/returns. Only size exchanges are possible.

Yes tax amount will be refunded on all cancellations

No there are no additional charges on the exchange of the same garment for a different size. But taxes will vary if the style is exchanged which is dependent of the price of the garment selected.

In case of Cash On Delivery, the customer will have to pay the bill and process the return separately.
